Welcome to Vera Playa Rent (“the Platform”). By accessing or using our website at veraplaya.rent, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Use of the Platform
The Platform is a marketplace connecting property owners and guests. We facilitate communication and bookings but are not party to any rental agreement between owners and guests.
3. Property Listings
Property owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability. All listings are subject to review and approval by Vera Playa Rent.
4. Bookings and Payments
Bookings are agreements between the guest and the property owner. Payment terms are set by the individual owner. Vera Playa Rent does not process payments and is not liable for payment disputes.
5. Cancellations
Cancellation policies are set by individual property owners. Please review the cancellation policy of each property before booking.
6. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to post false or misleading content, violate any applicable laws, or attempt to circumvent the Platform to avoid fees or obligations.
8. Limitation of Liability
Vera Playa Rent provides the Platform “as is” and is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform, rental agreements, or disputes between users.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
